We started with a kitchen chopper that changed how people prep vegetables. One motion. No electricity. No complicated blades to clean. The original Slapchop kitchen tool became a household name because it solved a real problem: chopping onions, garlic, and vegetables shouldn’t require ten minutes of knife work.
Then something unexpected happened. Warhammer 40K painters discovered that our name — “Slapchop” — perfectly described a speed-painting technique they’d been developing. Base coat, drybrush, contrast paint. Fast results, tabletop-ready miniatures. The method spread across forums, YouTube tutorials, and painting communities worldwide. We listened.
Today, we serve two passionate communities with equal dedication. Home cooks who need efficient prep tools, and miniature painters who want to finish armies without sacrificing quality. Both groups value the same thing: results without unnecessary complexity.
